Final Completion Test - From £240

For single dwellings up to 300m² (testing available for buildings up to 4000m³ of building volume)

Includes both Pre-Completion and Final Completion tests

Passive House Standard Dwellings
If your dwelling is being built to Passive House standard, or is seeking formal Passive House certification, please get in contact before testing is booked. These projects usually require earlier input, tighter preparation, and more specific testing requirements to help achieve the required airtightness performance.
